Central Denver

Central Denver encompasses much of the downtown areas as well as more suburban neighborhoods such as Capitol Hill, Cheesman, and Congress Park, Cherry Creek, Hilltop, and Washington Park. Some of these neighborhoods are known for the traditional, “old Denver” mansions and mature, tree-lined streets. Cherry Creek is known for its affluent neighborhoods and high-end mall and surrounding shops. Washington Park is famous for the large grassy area and three lakes where you will always find Denverites out getting exercise or socializing. This overall area is highly desirable and a wonderful place to live.
