My wife and I were first-time homebuyers from out-of-state, which in a market like Denver, would likely have us be viewed as a challenge for any agent willing to take us on as a client. We'd spoken to a few other recommended groups from top brokerages and every conversation we had seemed like we were more of a nuisance than a potential new customer. That changed when we were introduced to Taylor and Sarah. We're now a month into our new home, and looking back, our comment on feeling like their only customer is hilarious to us. Just before the new year, Taylor and Sarah announced their stats -- 150 families helped, closing over $90.6M in real estate. These numbers speak for themselves - we truly felt like we were 1-of-1, when in fact we were 1-of-150 on the year.
